Transmission System Operator with System Responsibility Gasgrid Finland Ltd has submitted for confirmation the Terms and Conditions of Balancing. The terms and conditions have been updated concerning the applicable Adjustment Step. In ad-dition, Gasgrid Finland has proposed minor updates to the terms and conditions. Please note that English version of the Terms and Conditions of Balancing is an unofficial translation. The aim of the translation is to provide information. Energy Authority will approve these terms and conditions only in Finnish. The Finnish text can be found here.
According to the target schedule, the proposed Terms and Conditions of Balancing would enter into force on January 1, 2023. The currently valid Terms and Conditions of Balancing are valid until further notice. Gasgrid Finland has also submitted a track changes version of the terms and conditions, which highlights the pro-posed changes.
