The Energy Authority has received from Gasum Ltd a proposal for the capacity allocation mechanism, as per attached document. Before making the final decision, the Energy Authority must give the opportunity to the stakeholders to express their views about the proposed capacity allocation mechanism.
Any views or comments on the proposal shall be submitted to the Energy Authority by e-mail to address [email protected] at latest by 5 th of April 2019. Should the submitted statement contain any confidential material, the submitting party shall mark this as confidential and in addition submit a public version where the confidential parts are omitted.
